Accepting Applications for: Full-Time Firefighter/Paramedic

Minimum Qualifications Include:

• The ability to embrace an organizational philosophy recognizing emergency medical services as the major are of department responsibility

• One (1) year of verifiable work experience in the fire department and emergency medical services position indicating knowledge of firefighting and emergency medical services practices and methods

• High School Diploma or G.E.D

• Ohio Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic Certification

• Ohio Firefighter II Certification

• Ohio Fire Safety Inspector or successful completion one (1) year fromn appointment

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

• Valid Ohio driver's license
